What is the Hotel Wallet?

The Hotel Wallet is a secure, digital account linked to your Room. It allows you to enjoy all hotel services—Restaurant, Gym, Spa—without carrying cash or credit cards. It acts like a "Prepaid Debit Card" for the hotel ecosystem.

Benefits:

  • Speed: Faster service at outlets.
  • Tracking: Instant SMS alerts for all spend.
  • Rewards: Earn Loyalty Points on every deposit.

How to Load Funds

You can add money to your wallet at any time.

Method 1: At Front Desk (Cash/Card)

  1. Visit Reception.
  2. Hand over Cash or Swipe Card.
  3. Staff will credit your Wallet immediately.

Method 2: Self-Service (Mobile Money)

  1. Open the Guest Portal on your phone.
  2. Navigate to Wallet > Top Up.
  3. Enter Amount (e.g., $50).
  4. Enter Mobile Number.
  5. Approve the prompt on your phone (EVC Plus / Sahal).
  6. Success: Balance updates instantly.

Where to Spend

You can use your Wallet balance at:

  • 🍽️ Restaurant & Bar: Food and drinks.
  • 🏋️ Gym: Day passes or Merchandise.
  • 🧺 Laundry: Service fees.
  • 🛏️ Front Desk: Room upgrades or extension.

How to Pay:

  1. Order your service.
  2. Tell staff: "Pay with Wallet".
  3. They initiate the charge.
  4. You receive an SMS: "You paid $15 at Restaurant. New Balance: $35."

Security & Refunds

Refunds

  • Checkout: Any unused balance is 100% Refundable.
  • Method: We return cash or reverse to your Mobile Money.

Security

  • Lost Phone?: Report to Front Desk immediately to Freeze your wallet.
  • Dispute?: All transactions are logged with time and location. Review your history in the Portal.

TIP

Check Balance: Reply "BAL" to the hotel SMS number to see your current available funds.
