Welcome

Welcome to the OLOW Hotel Guest Portal. This is your personal hub to manage your experience with us—from checking your bill to ordering services—accessible from your phone or laptop.


Accessing Your Portal

How to Log In

  1. Look for the Link: We send a secure "Magic Link" to your SMS/Email upon booking confirmation and Check-In.
  2. Click to Enter: No password is required. The link identifies you securely.
  3. Session Expiry: For security, links expire after 7 days. Request a new one from the Front Desk if needed.

Managing Your Stay

Pre-Arrival

Before you arrive:

  • Review Dates: Confirm your Check-In/Out dates.
  • Preferences: Set your room preferences (e.g., "Quiet Room", "Extra Pillow", "Vegan Meal").
  • Directions: View map and get directions to the hotel.

During Stay

While you are with us:

  • Wi-Fi Code: View the current high-speed internet password.
  • Services: Request housekeeping or report a maintenance issue (e.g., "AC too cold") directly to our team.

Payments & Folio

View your bill in real-time.

  1. Click My Bill (or Folio).
  2. View Charges: See detailed list of Room Rent, Restaurant, and Laundry charges.
  3. Pay Balance:
    • Click Pay Now.
    • Select Credit Card or Mobile Money (EVC/Zaad).
    • Complete payment securely.
    • Result: Your balance updates instantly.

Wallet (Prepaid)

Avoid carrying cash by using your Hotel Wallet.

To Top-Up

  1. Go to Wallet.
  2. Click Add Funds.
  3. Pay via Mobile Money.
  4. Result: Funds appear in your "Available Balance".

Using Funds

  • Tell any waiter or receptionist: "Charge my Room Wallet".
  • You will receive an SMS alert for every deduction.
  • Unused Funds: Fully refundable at Checkout.

Profile & Rewards

Update Information

  • Change your Email or Phone Number to ensure you get receipts.
  • Update Tax ID for business invoices.

History

  • Past Stays: View history of previous visits.
  • Invoices: Download PDF receipts for expense claims.
